The Landman
View of the Landman building from the patio at Littlefield Bourbon Bar and Restaurant. This is a mixed-use project with a first floor bar and three one-bedroom apartments on the second floor. The project will be completed by the end of June, 2015.

The Landman Second Floor Apartment
The three one-bedroom apartments are expected to be completed by the end of June, 2015. The Landman project is a recipient of state and federal historic tax credits.

The Landman Patio
The patio at the Landman will be available for both the commercial and residential tenants. A metal gate will be installed where the plywood currently is, opening up the view to the street. Stay posted for project completion photos!

1222 Race Street
We are renovating the first floor commercial space at 1222 Race Street (across the street from Washington Park) for the Cincinnati Development Fund. The offices will be completed by the end of August, 2015.

Sleepy Bee Cafe, Blue Ash
One of our newest design-build projects is for the Sleepy Bee Cafe in Blue Ash. The cafe will be completed by the end of August, 2015.

Northside Chop Shop Facade
We gave this cinderblock building a facelift with a brand new facade.

Langland Street
This four unit apartment building on Langland involved a total gut rehab. We added balconies for the upper floor units.

Chase Avenue
In addition to rehabilitating blighted properties we also work with new construction. These two homes grew out of the green architecture exhibition, HOME House and are silver LEED certified.

Chase Condominiums
We renovated this historic building and transformed it into a 3 unit condominium.

Mad Anthony
A total gut rehab. While we do not always pursue LEED certification, we always employ green building practices and use Energy Star appliances.

Hanfield
We rehabbed this historic building to include a ground floor store front for a cello instructor and craftsman. The second and third floors are residential.
