As the Developer-Owner/General Contractor of Bridgeview we used recycled countertops by Ice Stone in all of the residential units. We work with our clients to purchase finishes and accessories that fit within the project budget.

One of the owners of FORM Building Solutions designed and fabricated this metal handrail for the steps in the Bridgeview Townhome.

The three one-bedroom apartments are expected to be completed by the end of June, 2015. The Landman project is a recipient of state and federal historic tax credits. 

The patio at the Landman will be available for both the commercial and residential tenants. A metal gate will be installed where the plywood currently is, opening up the view to the street. Stay posted for project completion photos!

We are renovating the first floor commercial space at 1222 Race Street (across the street from Washington Park) for the Cincinnati Development Fund. The offices will be completed by the end of August, 2015.

One of our newest design-build projects is for the Sleepy Bee Cafe in Blue Ash. The cafe will be completed by the end of August, 2015.

We gave this cinderblock building a facelift with a brand new facade.

This four unit apartment building on Langland involved a total gut rehab. We added balconies for the upper floor units. 

In addition to rehabilitating blighted properties we also work with new construction. These two homes grew out of the green architecture exhibition, HOME House and are silver LEED certified. 

We renovated this historic building and transformed it into a 3 unit condominium.

We rehabbed this historic building to include a ground floor store front for a cello instructor and craftsman. The second and third floors are residential.
